Our Mission

Our mission is simple – “To represent the Independent Community Pharmacy Sector”.  We abide by a strict set of core values that is fundamental to our organisation.

How We Can Help

BUSINESS AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

Headed by experienced pharmacists and professionals, our in-house professional services team provides one to one support and mentoring. We pride in developing and supporting all areas of your pharmacy:

  • Training Videos and help on various topics (eg. Quality Payments, Healthy Living Pharmacy, Community Pharmacy Assurance Framework, Clinical Services and more)
  • Regulatory changes and compliance issues addressed
  • Setting up of services (NHS and private) – with a special focus on clinical services
  • Analysing your business (competition analysis, advice on increasing EPS and NMS, FP34 Statement Check Service and more)

  • Tendering – professional support with tendering and submitting bids for new services.

REPRESENTATION

We represent our members (independent high street chemists) directly or indirectly in a number of key external organisations such as the National Pharmacy Association (NPA) and the Pharmaceutical Services Negotiating Committee (PSNC).

SUPPLIERS

We provide our members with an extensive suppliers list (over 40 key suppliers) with huge discounts off recommended wholesale prices – some of the best available on the market.

COMPANY DIRECTORS

The company directors are all pharmacists and own pharmacies themselves, including the Managing Director, Hiten Patel MRPharmS. Together, they bring a wealth of experience to the group through the head office team.
