Almost every organisation that works in a similar way to us has a host of standard operating procedures. Our standard operating procedures are fully editable and reviewed on a regular basis. Furthermore, we actively encourage our members to contact us if new standard operating procedures are required. We then actively go ahead and look to see if we can create one for that member and for the group in general. This allows us to be fully engaged with you and your service.
