PharmaPlus can help provide support and guidance on all NHS services for your pharmacy.

We provide support for Minor Ailments Service where the pharmacy can supply medicines to patients without the patient having to make an appointment to see their GP. eg. for aches and pains, sore throat, coughs, colds, flu, earache, cystitis, skin rashes, teething, red eye, etc.

Full guidance is provided by PharmaPlus on the MURs. We also advice the members to take advantage of the MUR consultation to talk to the customer about the pharmacy services you offer so as to keep the customers well informed.

Our aim is for all our members to be able to provide the NHS flu vaccination service. We provide training and guidance on how to set up your flu clinic. Our flu training is free of charge for our members and our aim is for all Pharma Plus members to be able to provide this service.

This service includes morning after pill as well as screening for sexual health.

New Medicine Service is available at all pharmacies, specially for conditions such as asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure and for people who have been given a new blood-thinning medicine. We can provide guidance and help with this service.

We provide support for the stop smoking service.
